Project Description:
This property had engineering wood put on when it was built and all the timbers bent and separated. We had to remove all timbers right through the ceilings, balustrades, decking and tops and replace them with stronger timber that will stand the hot days. As we were removing all timbers we found all the balconies were weak and we rebuilt them properly so we strengthened everything.
