Project Description:
Units were very old and a few of the units could not be rented due to the condition they were in with huge plumbing problems. We re-plumbed, re-wired and pulled down walls to open the kitchen to the lounge giving a large open space. We also utilised the open space around the building and made private courtyards. When they were all rented out it set a new high level for rentals in Murrumbeena.
