8 Unit site, the condition was very poor, so walls were pulled down in the laundry’s turning a 2 bedroom unit into a 3 bedroom unit. We also the common area making them private courtyards. It was re-wired, re-plumbed with carpet in all the bedrooms and floorboards throughout.
