Water leaking through the tiles, Remove all tiles and redo plumbing to put in the mixer and modernise tap work. The old mortar just fell off and cleaned up and rendered the area then waterproofed, the tiles and got the bath resurfaced.
Then the owner wanted to sell so it was prepared for sales, Paint, carpets and kitchen repairs.
