Murrumbeena – Remove Bulk Head

Project Description:

We had a sagging bulkhead so I braced it and when we investigated further we found all the timber in the bulkhead had rotted away, so we removed the whole bulkhead and rendered it then repainted it with a coating that won’t collect dirt making the render always look new. We also found water leaks through the balcony and we had that all rectified.
