Project Description:
Removed the shower hob and found the timbers under the floor were rotted and loose so we reframed the floor and made it into a one-level shower floor, repositioned the shower tap so the client is out of the way when turning on the water, also inserted a shampoo hob. Updated the plumbing for the toilet so we could install a modern toilet, the client had a great idea and we installed a wide mirror. Tiled throughout the bathroom from floor and ceiling to give it the grand look. <br/><br/>We also removed the HWS from the kitchen that was in the pantry and installed the instantaneous gas HWS too the outside of the building. Placed draws in the pantry, moved the microwave oven from the island bench to another cupboard and in its place we installed new draws to suit other draws on the island bench, we also made some other adjustments to the kitchen to be more user friendly.
